Privacy policy

This policy is intended to cover visits to the Prime Pulse corporate website and information a visitor chooses to send through a configured enquiry channel. It does not automatically apply to separate customer systems, employee systems, third-party websites or services governed by their own notices.

Links to external services should be reviewed before publication. Visitors should read the privacy information supplied by the operator of any external website they choose to use.

Information a visitor chooses to provide

If an external contact-form service is enabled, an enquiry may include a first and last name, business email, phone number, company, area of interest and the message entered by the visitor. The final form fields, destination and service provider must be confirmed before launch.

Information can also be provided through the email and telephone channels published on the Prime Pulse contact page.

Technical request information

Web hosting, content-delivery and security providers can process standard request data such as an IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referring page, browser or device information and response status. The deployment owner must confirm which AWS logs and retention settings are enabled and update this policy accordingly.

Cookies and analytics

This repository does not currently implement an analytics platform, advertising tracker or first-party cookie feature. If any such service is added, its purpose, data use, retention and consent requirements must be documented here before it is activated for visitors.

Subject to the final approved operating model, information may be used to:

• receive, route and respond to a visitor's enquiry;
• understand the organisation and technology topic described in a request;
• operate, protect, troubleshoot and improve the website;
• maintain appropriate business and security records; and
• meet obligations that apply to the responsible legal entity.

The responsible organisation must identify and document the appropriate legal basis for each production processing activity in the jurisdictions where the site operates.

Website information may be processed by infrastructure, content-delivery, security, form-handling or communications providers only when those services are actually configured. Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront are documented hosting options; their use in production must be confirmed rather than assumed.

The final policy should name or categorise relevant processors, explain any international transfers, and reflect contractual safeguards. Prime Pulse should not describe information as sold, shared or retained in a particular way until that statement has been checked against actual practice and applicable law.

Personal information should be retained only for a documented business, security or legal purpose and removed or anonymised when that purpose no longer applies. Specific periods must be supplied by the responsible organisation and aligned across enquiry, email, hosting-log and backup systems.

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards should be selected for the production architecture. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to eliminate every risk, so this policy should avoid absolute security promises.

Depending on location and applicable law, a person may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, consent or a complaint to a supervisory authority. The exact rights and request procedure must be reviewed for the jurisdictions served by Prime Pulse.

A verified privacy contact and identity-verification process must be added before this policy is published. Prime Pulse may need to retain limited information when required or permitted by applicable law.

This policy should display an approved effective date whenever it is published or materially revised. Changes should reflect the website's deployed features, providers and actual information-handling practices.

Privacy-related enquiries can be directed through the contact details published on the contact page. A dedicated privacy contact and identity-verification process must still be confirmed before this policy is approved.
